I am pleased to be working with you as your coaching supervisor. 

When I went through my coach training and accreditation, I was subject to poor, and at times harmful supervision; I learned everything by trial and error, searched for and found a supervisor who could hold a safe space, then built my internal and external resources to support my practice.

I learned from this experience and hope to share the same nurturing space I was eventually shown, for you to love your practice and grow wings to fly in your own unique direction.

I put this workbook together as additional support for you to reach your coaching practice goals and possibly accreditation.

I will refer to the models in here during our sessions, so it is worth reading this through before we start, and at times to refresh yourself.
