3. MEMBERSHIPS

Julia Papworth offers monthly memberships through the website. When a user places an order for a membership, the user agrees and declares to purchase the membership for the price advertised on the website. Please check the price and features of the memberships before placing an order.

When a user places an order, Julia Papworth will send an email for confirmation. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment and initiation of the membership. If you do not receive the email, it is possible that the email has been sent to your spam folder.

Julia Papworth may cancel any sales and not provide the memberships and may change or discontinue the availability of the memberships at any time in its sole discretion. If a purchase is cancelled, any payment made for the membership will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Memberships may include automatic recurring payments. You authorize Julia Papworth to renew your membership and to charge you periodically and progressively. The membership billing date is the date you make your first payment. Your account will be automatically charged on the membership billing date with all applicable fees for the next membership period. The membership will continue until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill the recurring membership fee to the payment method you provide during enrolment.

Memberships will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled prior to the next payment. The user may cancel the membership at any time and access to the paid features will remain available until the next billing date when they will be permanently suspended. Memberships can be cancelled through the platform or by sending us your cancellation request through our contact information.

 

4. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Julia Papworth offers through the website products and services such as workshops, sessions and courses. Users will be able to book services through the website. Please complete the form and select the service you wish to book. We will contact you with instructions on how to receive the services through video platforms such as Zoom.

By booking a service and placing an order for a product, you offer to purchase the products or service for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check correctly the variants and features of the products and services before placing an order. Please also check the content and description of the courses before placing an order. The courses will be available once the payment process is completed.

When a customer books a service or places an order, Julia Papworth will send an email to confirm the purchase and payment. This confirmation email will occur automatically so that the user has confirmation of their purchase and order details.

Julia Papworth may cancel any order and not supply services or products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of services or products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for products or services will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

 

5. PAYMENTS

Memberships, products and services will be paid through "PayPal" and "Stripe" (payment platforms available on the website). Payment will be charged to the credit/debit card or PayPal account immediately after placing the order for the product, service or membership. Once the transaction is processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide. 

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of the products and services. Julia Papworth reserves the right to hire any payment platform available on the market, which treats your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of products and services.

Julia Papworth reserves the right to determine the price for the products and services (workshops, sessions, courses, memberships). Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time according to the value of exchange rates.

Julia Papworth will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The option to reconfirm the order will be given to the user at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order should the user not be satisfied with the correct price communicated on the said product order.
