Grief

Grief is love with nowhere to go. It’s a natural, heavy journey, that requires acknowledgement and compassion.

Overwhelm

Overwhelm is when life’s volume is too loud. It’s okay to pause and learn to find your rhythm.

Beyond Labels

While it is important to understand the symptoms of, for example, depression, anxiety, or the various ways our bodies and minds struggle to cope in life, I see these not as problems to be 'fixed' but as the language of a story unheard. These are signals from our emotions and mind that our body no longer feels like a safe harbour.

Our work is to understand that these symptoms are trying to communicate something important, so we begin by enquiring with compassion into the 'parts' of yourself that are asking to live more fully today. The aim is to integrate your "disharmony" as data for healing positive change.

This process includes psychoeducation. It requires something from you: dedicated curiosity to learn the landscape of your psyche through self-reflection. This may include some guided reading and a willingness to understand the interactive wisdom your nervous system, emotions, and mind can contribute to improving how you feel.

Developing a deep understanding of being human through integrative psychotherapy, positive psychology, somatic practices, and trauma therapy.

What is the philosophy

of the spiral and the path?

The Philosophy Of The Spiral

Life has a way of fracturing the rhythm of our existence. When we lose our cadence, we feel it as discord, a disharmony in the body, mind and emotions: a persistent hum of anxiety, a loss of purpose, or a body that no longer feels like a safe home.

Every soul carries a unique code—an innate rhythm designed to harmonise with the beauty of the world. The spiral represents our return to the centre of our core, to our code. It is not a straight line of "fixing" but an unfolding, or a remembering, of all that we are.

Our work together is an intentional process of reflexive self-discovery, of remembering our code, a path that requires a quiet, steady determination to observe our shadows, restore the nervous system, and unlearn the static of the past.

The Philosophy Of The Path

The path inward. It leads us toward what I call "insourcing".

In a world that constantly asks you to look outward for permission, in-sourcing is the practice of reclaiming your own internal sovereignty; compassion for, and trust in, your intuitive wisdom.

Therapy is the reflexive, deep work of developing the honesty and resilience required to show up fully in the outer world—not as a version of yourself shaped by someone else's ideas, but as the person you were always coded to be. To live your life. In harmony. In the world.

How do we work together?

1. By noticing and reflecting upon a level of disharmony in an area of your life, you are deciding to seek support and begin the process of internal change in step two...

2. You can book an online discovery session to share some of your history, discuss your current needs, and see if we’re a fit. Then we go to step three...

3. Our first meeting is an intake session to map out your current experiences. Together, we will structure our time and develop a collaborative way of working that feels safe and supportive for your journey.
