Want to get started on a healing journey?
Whether you’re new to integrative group therapy or not, I am here to support your wellbeing journey. There is much evidence that working together in a group can improve motivation and positive outcomes through a sense of social support.
These sessions will be specifically for people who may have fallen apart (metaphorically or actually) as a result of an ongoing psychological, emotional and/or financial abusive relationship (which may have included sexual and physical abuse) with a life partner, parent, sibling or even co-worker.
Current life conditions or characteristics may include;
- loss of trust in yourself
- loss of a sound decision making process
- loss of physical health; self-care, exercise and diet have become an issue
- loss of finances and security (including the loss of your home)
- loss of faith or a sense of spiritual connection
- loss of healthy social connection, and good friendships (and an unfortunate rise in unhealthy ones!)
- loss of purpose in life or/and a strong career path
- emotional, physical and spiritual exhaustion that feels like a total loss of motivation
- zoning out of life, social media scrolling, endless TV or films, Netflix has become your best friend.
